How to Access SAR Portal

  Business Users (Admins, Case Managers, Reviewers) If your organisation uses SAR Portal, you'll receive an invitation email from your administrator. Click the link in that email to set up your account and access the dashboard at app.sarportal.com.

  New Businesses If you're new to SAR Portal and want to use it for your business, register for a free trial. You'll receive an invitation email to set up your admin account after registration.
• 👤
  Data Subjects / Customers Making a Request If you want to submit a data access request (DSAR) to a business, visit that business's website and look for their privacy or data request portal. Each business has their own unique portal URL. You cannot submit requests through sarportal.com directly.

  Checking Your Request Status If you've already submitted a request to a business using SAR Portal, you'll have received an email with a unique link to check your request status. Use that link to track progress and communicate with the business handling your request.
